Our kitchen is taking it’s inspiration from the cultural melting pot of the coastal regions of both the the atlantic and mediterrenean seas.

From North Africa through Spain and  France, all the way to the Middle east. Reflecting like that the different nationalities living in Andalusia since medieval times.

At LUN we honor the emerged Andalusian kitchen through a modern mindset, using specially imported sustainable products, combined with local danish produce in season.

Flavour and genuinity is the focus.
